Labor Model Development

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

A key step to delivering a consistent customer experience is ensuring you are accurately measuring all of the activity that it takes to run your stores and building a payroll model to support it. Our Labor Model service can help you define the drivers that truly matter to your business and measure how long it takes to accomplish each task. We can also work with existing Labor Standards around key activities that influence and affect the store operating platform, as well as benchmark the standards to identify areas of opportunity. The Labor Standards then help us create a Dynamic Payroll. Model. The goal of a Dynamic Payroll Model is to accurately align the allocation of payroll to the customer demands of each store while also matching the payroll requirements to the needs of workflow – Net neutral effect on payroll. This can be built as a stand-alone model or to be used with a technology implementation. Our process is to build a customized labor model build and help you test, pilot and implement the new model into your organization.
